I have two scanner antennas i will be using. One is the procomm uhf/vhf antenna that is 15 inch tall. The other i just bought is a wilson 800mhz 12 inch antenna. Both of them are magnet mount. On my roof i have a small peice of metal from a old mount that i have had the procomm mounted to for a couple years. Can i place the wilson antenna next to it? I do have a A/B switch in the house that i use to switch from the procomm and another 800mhz antenna that is outside. The other 800 antenna currently in use is not magnet mount so i have it further away. Will adding the wilson next to the procomm have a negative results on reception? I know it would if i was transmitting but the sds-100 scanner is just receiving and only one antenna is in use at a time.
