The Larsen NMO-150/450/800 that twjr80 linked to above is a pretty good option. It's been around for quite a while and is well proven.

They've since released a newer model that has a base spring and a more flexible whip.

I'm currently running that antenna on the roof of my work truck and my personal truck connected to Harris XL-200M multiband mobile radios and they work very well.

I've also been playing with EM Wave antennas, and finding they are just as good, if not slightly better than Larsen. I've been spec'ing these out at work as I exhaust my stock of Larsen antennas:

The EMWave is a bit more chonky than the Larsen. I prefer the sleeker design of the Larsen on my personal truck. Both antennas perform identically and are of similar designs. EMWave has a nicer base sealing design, but either works fine.
I'd happily recommend either the Larsen or the EM Wave.

The linked prices will be high, so shop around, you can find them cheaper.

Just wondering if Larson makes a magnet mount? Thanks in advance !!
All sorts of choices. Best one, (IMHO), is the one with three magnets, and either the SO-239 or NMO in the middle. Usually $39-$59 with cable and PL259.
This comes from a year of going cheap with single magnets, and having to stop and replace the antenna because a tree limb or wind from a semi blew it off the roof. And, once losing the mount and antenna in I75 Detroit traffic.
Don't go cheap.

Not sure about LarsOn, but Larsen does, and I think that's what you meant:

And you don't need the three magnet mounts for an NMO scanner antenna. Those are intended for novelty oversized ham radio antennas. Way overkill for what you need and won't look good on your vehicle.
