But seriously, if you want to be undercover, a Crown Vic is not the best to use. The car just shouts cop car regardless if you repaint it silver or sit in it like an old man wearing a hat and seated low so you can't see over the steering wheel.

Same with any old police fleet car from your area. The model is recognizable.

Pick something that is over sold in your market. Here in my area, a silver Hyundai SanteFe is very common. We have one, now they are everywhere . The other is the Honda Oddysey. For some crazy reason these were sold by the thousands in black or grey. A shark fin antenna woukd work on either of these rides. They scream soccer mom. Not cop.

My city uses Chevy Malibus, Toyota Camrys, and even Buick LaCrosses(!) as detective cars (unmarked).
