BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Antenna problems

I just bought a new police scanner antenna it's the antenna from RadioShack
I was wondering if I could use it on my new scanner

The BC436HP came with an adapter that will let you use the Radio Shack antenna on your scanner. The bottom of the antenna adapter attaches to your scanner. The Radio Shack antenna will connect to the top of the antenna adaper

you may consider asking these types of things before you go make the actual purchase. Although "the antenna from radio shack" doesnt tell us very much, im going to assume you're talking about the 800mhz antenna. Yes that antenna will work. Any antenna will work, given you have the proper adapter

Buy a Watson WSMA 801 from scanner master excellent antenna. Great all bander only 30 bucks
