Antenna Suggestion

Good evening folks,

I live in a county in Wisconsin that uses eDispatches for paging through cell phones. The receiver was recently moved to a different location. Since the move we have been getting more static in our pages. I understand that the antenna needs to be moved higher. I would like however, to get a better anteanna vs the "bag phone style" antenna that it currently has. Does anyone have a suggestion for an off the shelf antenna for 155.955 MHz?

I use a ground plane kit with an NMO style mobile mount and a Larsen tri-band antenna. If you just want VHF, you can simply get an 18" whip to go on it. I've had good luck with this setup. Look at the antenna farm website. They have a good selection.
