any info about the richmond depot ?

cool... I kinda thought there was similarity in the postings.... never thought to ask though.... I am still trying to figure out why I have so much trouble picking up the Depot in northern Fayette County and they boom in just a few miles south.... same with the Madison County TRS.... gotta remount my antenna.

kinda makes me think they have some type of directional antenna system because I live about an hour and 15 minutes to the south and I pick them up fine with an HT

That is a good possiblity, most of the activity is on the southern half of the base....so they probably have their antenna there, although they have pancakes around the perimeter.....

the folks at BGAD were having a drill this afternoon.... picked them up really well in eastern Clark County.... but had to hurry back to work and couldn't finish listening to them.
