anyone hear
any 700 megs signals in oneida county NY
And if so what did you hear because I have a scanner that locks up on the 700 megs band
& I think its from cell phone towers because it goes in the red on the signal

What do you hear when you scanner locks up?
To my knowledge, there is no agency besides NYSP that uses 700 in or around Oneida County...
Also you wont be able to listen to any cell phone conversation on any stock scanner. FCC rules.
