Any one in Boise interested in a P25 repeater?

Well long story short, I wanted to see if any one in the Boise area was interested in setting up a P25 repeater but after doing more research I found that there aren't enough people will to help with funding and unfortunately I don't have enough money to fund it all myself, especially with the repeater alone costing $2000.
