We used to be able to monitor non-secure communications on 366.00 Mhz and other associated frequencies. 366 was a solid carrier, so when both Bush Presidents were in office, we could always tell when Air Force One was in the air, transiting from DC to Maine overhead. Stronger the carrier - closer Air Force One. DC was known as "Crown".
Likewise Dave.Loved the E/F UHF days and for that matter the PP's on the old HF network. Wish I had recorded some of that just for old times sake form the 80/90's
