i got a radio shcak 1000 channel dual trunking scanner, my problem is i dont understand the trunking crap, can anyone help me im in madison. its a pro 94. i have all the talk group ids. every freq. in the state , i have all the things needed to program it jsut aint sure how to program the trunking. Anyone help? i would be willing to meet someone also if they are willing to show me how to do this crap.

Once you have that down, check out the Motorola, Type II and Type II Smartzone links, in that order. Of all the analog systems out there, those are the most common.
As for programming the PRO-94 - it's really quite easy; check out
