Not too bad; you can get a couple of clues from having Floyd mentioned, and Thule being mentioned as a GHFS site (it was retired about 2 years ago as an active site, tho as I understand it Incirlik Turkey took its place). I'd wonder about all those 26-27 mhz MARS freqs, though.
If you're interested in hurricane related stuff, please see Hugh Stegman's hurricane freq list, which has been mentioned numerous times in this forum. It's a great deal more accurate and is constantly updated.
