Anyone know this Antenna?

The picture is of a purported old, discontinued FAA wide band antenna. I have seen these on towers at airports growing up but not for many years now. The owner says the inside has sheet metal structures in it and after sweeping it with a VNA, says it's very wideband. It has a very large TNC looking coax connector and was meant to be mounted on a pole as the center of the base has a threaded section. Any old FAA techs about that know this Antenna and the part number and MFG? I'd love to be able to find a datasheet on these.

Not sure why but I think I need one of these.
I feel I should point out that you shouldn't try swinging from it like Tarzan...

This version looks interesting. Only weighs 65lbs.

Interesting that it allows an AS-390 to be mounted on top, when they cover the same freq range.
