Then you're an idiot because the entire NWS data section is based off of XML. So whatever you're using to supply data to your scripts is probably completely delayed if you're not using it.
All my data is completely supplied directly from the NWS with XML so it is updated instantly using the same methods and elements that are using in the NWR alerts.

Yes it is an exception. Show me a city that is part of a county that has it's own SAME code. SAME codes are primarily county codes.
