I have had an AOR 8000 for about a year now, i bought it from a friend (also a scanner newbie) who bought a different scanner as he found the 8000 too complicated to use!!
I assumed that he was just a simpleton and gladly took it off his hands at a good price.
...could someone please tell me how to work it???
I have the manual, but not a great deal of time but am keen to learn. I'm sure the unit must be capable of a million different things but i just want to be able to do the basics on it and the manual i have doesn't seem to give laymans advice!
I have no previous experience with scanners so i'm afraid any advice will have to be in 'dimbo speak' for me to understand, but will be very, very gratefully received!
Does anyone know of any websites that give you VERY simple instructions to use the 8000?
