This antenna comes with a BNC connection but there are probably adapters to convert the BNC to Motorola. No ideas on antennas with suction cups. Radio Shack used to make a 6 ft connector with suction cups on one end with a BNC female connector and a BNC male connector on the other end. That was designed to put on the inside of a car window or a house window. I will post a picture of that in a few minutes.

Here is the picture of that cable, I have used it many times over years, but wouldn’t hold a real heavy large antenna.

You can buy antennas at many places besides eBay and scanner master.

Figure out what antenna will work for you would be the first step. Then connectors and adapters can be dealt with

The ones with the bnc connector work fine, just like something different/ better with the push in plug

Thank you all for the help, but after looking at scammer master and ebay, other than the sticky ones in the window , the other ones I am stuck with
The antenna setup in this post was from a well known member who has not been active in the last few years. This was his "indoor antenna" setup he used in his appartment.

Thats why the ones that would stick in the window would work best. If the room I use had walls that were at right angels that might work besides the celing fan in the middle of the room

If your referring to this, those were designed for bnc (usually rubber ducks) to be attached to a window. They work good in cars vs a portable scanner laying in ones lap. They are not designed to hold much weight.

Something like this is a basic 19 inch element. Pretty sure that would do well in airband and some vhf.

The desktop discone @Marcy57 posted is a mini discone that will receive 25 mhz to ghz and may resonate in better in some areas others.

The ones pictured I have and they work fine. I have come to the conclusion that the ones that use motarola are as good as I can get. By the listing of the five most common connectors for scanner radios, it wasan't even listed. It must be pretty old
