APCO 25 and USCG

For the record, Sector Delaware Bay does use a simplex channel in the fed band for Delaware River patrols in the Philly area. Comms are P25...clear, if I recall correctly. I don't have the freq handy right now and can't hear the comms unless I'm down in the City.

I thought the NYC repeater on 164.9125 was analog, no? I can sometimes copy it from my location when conditions are prime.

Most of the other comms for Sector Delaware Bay are on Marine Channels 16, 81 and 83. I have not heard any DVP/DES on the marine channels locally.

162.125 splx I believe is used in the philly area. P25, sometimes clear.

And yea, 164.9125 is analog, I was just listening to it. Have not heard P25 on there lately but they are capable.
