SDRTrunk Apco 25 Phase II SDR

Hello

I have 2 RTL-SDR V3 dongles and I am using SDRTrunk software. I am trying to listen to High Point Police in Guilford County North Carolina. So far I haven't been successful in decoding their Phase II radio traffic. What will I need to do to decode this? Thank you for any help!

If you are in range and have the hardware and software installed and configured correctly, SDR Trunk will receive the system and decode non-encrypted talk groups. However, the RRDB indicates that the High Point Police talk group is encrypted.

ok . If it's encrypted then it can't be decoded. That's what I was afraid of.
