AR8600 Mark II vs, AR5001 D sensitivity

I own the AR8600 and always thought the sensitivity was great on HF....I see the specs for the AR5001 are not as good as the 8600 in the HF range...How does the 5001 D perform down there on HF regarding pulling out weak signals compared to the 8600?...I was always amazed at how quiet the 8600 was down there compared to other brands of SWL receivers......thanks in advance

Hi got both radios im not an expert on specs but do have lots of radios to compare i dont see any difference in signals on both hf antenna Wellbrook-ALA1530AL-1 active loop connected to a Stridsberg-MC104 4 port passive
multicoupler and a Bhi NES10-MK3 dsp speaker one advantage the 5001D got is more features then the 8600MK2 both
are excellent receivers..
