I have a question regarding the above software. I need to have my computer worked on, basically starting from scratch, new operating system and all. My issue is that i have both the ARC-500 and ARC-433 software that i purchased as a download rather than order the disc. Is there a way that i can back these programs up to a disc, or will i be stuck purchasing them again after the computer overhaul?

All you need to save is the licenses keys, which I'm sure you already have put away someplace safe. Just re-download the software from Butel's website, install fresh copies, then enter the license keys like you did the first time around.
Oh and of course remember to backup your .rsf data files.

You could back up your program files to a cloud based disk, like Dropbox.
That way when you redownload the software you van can easily get your program files back.
