ARC-XT vs PROSCAN

I own several BCD996P2 scanners. I was using ARC-XT for programming but realized none of the conventional NXDN channels were decoding. I do have the upgrade. When I tried PROSCAN the scanners worked fine. Both times I downloaded the database from RR. Is there something I'm missing in ARC-XT? I am using the paid versions of both software packages. I tried setting the RAN in the same column as ctcss, setting type to all and digital only. Any ideas?

Proscan is soo much better plus the one version of Proscan replaces like 13 versions of the Butel Software.
Plus it is easier to use. Do the math $50 vers several hundred dollars.
