ARC246 Software problem

I recently purchased the arc246 software and installed the demo while waiting for my registration code to be e-mailed. Everything seems to work but I can't get it to connect to the RadioReference site even though I'm a paid member there. The error message says my firewall is preventing access but even with the firewall turned completely off it still won't connect. Any ideas? Does it have to be the registered version for this to work? Any help will be appreciated!

Not one single idea on why this is happening?
I finally received the registration key but still can't connect to RR.
