Arc250 Pro Software

I have a Uniden BC796D and I am trying to program in a EDACS System using Arc250Pro software.
I am confused when trying to enter in talk groups ect. into the software.
DEC? AFS? Mode?
In the software it gives no mention of these feilds, it only gives,
Tag, Trunk, Delay Time, Beep Alert, PL/DPL, Lock Out, Attenuator, Mode, Step

Can anyone make any sense of this or break it down for me?
I am specifically trying to program my scanner with Thames Communications EDACS System.
Can anyone help?

In Edac's system your can either put the trunk id's in using either the AFS system ie 00-123 or the Dec system ie 123. Use what ever you have or prefer. Below is an example from your system.

DEC AFS Mode Description
529 04-021 A Fire 1
530 04-022 A Fire 2
531 04-023 A Fire 3
532 04-024 A Fire 4
533 04-025 A Fire 5

I have tried, but to no prevail,

I have entered in the AFS method, I am still not getting even a peep, I am still not sure if I am doing it correctly or if I am missing something,

Is anyone interested in making $15.00? If someone can set up a working file in scan control software that I can load on my scanner I will paypal them $15.00.
I am sure once I see a working example I will understand.

I am using a Uniden BD796D scanner, I have downloaded the Scan Control Demo Software therefore I can only program the first 3 banks.
I want Thames Communications EDACS system mainly for CKFD and CKPD.
I would like CK FIRE on bank 1 and CK PD on Bank 2

In ARc250 select Trunk _ ID List, now you can enter the talkgroups.
Below the grid you can see talkgroup format info.

Or use the beta release to import the system directly from the radioref database.
