Arc250- Recording audio

Having difficulties trying to record a channel/list when it becomes
active. I have a BC796D and have the ARC250 Software.
I have placed record on in the appropriate column and by way of
the virtual control screen(under the Audio tab) have set it to record.

However- when I look in the folder that it is supposed to save to- nothing is there.

Anyone out there have experience with this?

Yes- I did hit record and then the start button. Nothing happens in the folder that it is supposed to be recorded in.

Which output jack are you using on the back of the radio...there are two.
