Ok this is a bit weird I have a new download that is prepared by a person and there are only 89 hpd files. When the micro sd card card is in the 100, everything appears to be correct. Using Sentinel, it down loads all files, showing 89 different favorites, as is in the scanner.

When trying to download the files using ARD536 Pro, latest version, it will come up with the error "ERROR: out of storage space" also "Error, maximum number of hpd files is 99!"

What is going on here?????

showing 89 different favorites,
Just when I thought I had a lot of favorites. Honestly, I would say that's a lot.

Storage space could mean the card is full. What size is the micro sd card and could there be recordings on it?

also "Error, maximum number of hpd files is 99!"

You can 256 total favorites but only 99 with quick keys. Not sure why butel is displaying that message since your trying 89. Possible there is more on the card or other lists already saved in butel?

There is also a 1 mb size limit on each favorites list so if one is over the limit, you will have issues.

Thanks for the replies. Brand new 32gb SanDisk card. There is one favourite list at 1011KB, just over .... lol. The information is an Ozscan data load, covering NSW, VIC and SA.

I have work round. When the data read from the scanner jacks up, I open up another Pro window and continue uploading from where it fails. To get all the data into Pro, it is 3 Pro windows. From there, I can back up all HPD's into the relevant folder.
it seems the Victorian data is where the load is.

Now why not use Sentinel?? I would, but a lot of my departments and sites are GPS enabled and I do not think you can add GPS data via Sentinel.
