Are Admin Talkgroups No Longer Used ?

Curiious because it's been a minute since I heard any Valley police officers bring up Admin and haven't seen any Admin talkgroups pop up for a minute now.

Are they not using them / phasing them out by any chance or do I just not listen enough ?
