Are Chilliwack and Agassiz RCMP Digital or Encrypted?

I have believed that since around 2016 the Chilliwack RCMP switched to encrypted, however ever since reviewing the list of frequencies the only encrypted frequency I saw in the Fraser Valley was Mission RCMP. Now I know I am unable to tune into the Chilliwack RCMP with an analogue scanner, but am I able to pick up Chilliwack RCMP with a Digital Scanner? Ever since noticing it is not labeled as encrypted I have been left very curious.

So I guess my question is - Did Chilliwack move to Digital? Or Encrypted?

In the image above it would display Chilliwack RCMP as encryped in the Mode section my continning some sort of "e" is what I believe, just looking for some clarification.

Yes , they have been encrypted for some time now.

E= full time encryption
e= partial/part time encryption

RCMP are full time encryption. They utilize AES-256.
