Are these freq's digital?

I want to monitor the Tonganoxie, ks police dep but not sure if they are trunked freq's. I have an anolog trunking scanner and can not hear anything on the following freqs. Tonganoxie is in Leavenworth Co

Tonganoxie has moved to the Leavenworth Co. simulcast system affiliated with KSICS. It's all digital. I haven't heard anything on those two old analog channels since the digital system lit up. I do keep them in the scanner "just in case", but I think they're gone now. You might put 158.745 in your scanner. It's Tongie local government, but the PD sometimes uses it as a "chit-chat" channel at night.
