If you are running into issues with your digi software, posting here might or might not get you any answers. There are better ways to get support

• Many apps now have support via Facebook or the popular groups.io server. We have a list of them here. If you know of one that isn't on this list please consider adding it

• Occasionally you might find a reflector (such as the NAVTEX one in the list above) devoted to a particular mode. There is a reasonable chance you might find where to get support here
• Finally consider joining the Utility DXers Forum on the groups.io server. It's quite possible you will find users of whatever software you are using that can help with your issue
