According to the map on the wiki page (assuming it is correct...), that area is AHP District 5, make up of ARDOT Districts 1 and 10.

Interesting that it's the only one out of the entire AHP pool that is listed that way. Makes me wonder if it's not in error (either an inaccurate submission or a mis-click or something). Could be accurate but just seems odd, especially considering the agency and what the usual radio traffic is.

I feel like the De is an error. None of the AHP talk groups are encrypted.
