I am not a licensed HAM, yet... ive been bitten by the HF propagation bug like all the other HAMs! haha listening to the WAR and NSS stations this morning in southern Rhode Island, I can hear both about 20-30dB. Yet I am also hearing folks from NC and WY at 15dB but those 2 military stations can't hear them at all. Crazy how that works.
