At 0608hrs this morning, just heard a transmission on 163.4125 N293 in the clear advising something to the effect of.... All units stay clear this is an emergency, command post clear
This transmission was heard through a high mast antenna from work through the scanner at my job site. Cannot confirm origin location of message at this time.... CT, MA ???? I am in north central CT

So far we have no reports of P25 for the ACoE in New England

The CoE is definitely migrating to digital however slowly. Their digital repeaters in NE Kansas are on 173.050 p25, NAC$100. They've abandoned 163.4375 here. 163.4125 is used exclusively by CoE aircraft hereabouts.
