Washington Center Frequencies

Is there any place on the web to find up-to-date, accurate frequencies for Washington Center? There are lots of old lists out there that are several years old. The current issue of the IFR Supplement shows less sector frequencies than it used, plus it no longer lists the UHF feqs. Can anyone help?

On the UHF frequency that USAF planes coming into the HOuston ARTCC area here in South texas I also hear the controller talking to commercial airlines. The key up both the UHF and VHF transmitters at the same time when the center transmists. I never hear the civilian planes, just the ARTCC operator that is working this area on both UHF and VHF frequencies at the same time.

The Washington Center frequency list in the database at this site is up to date and very accurate. Click Database at the top of the page, then Virginia and just below the list of counties/cities you'll find the link to Washington Center. This site now has a separate database administrator just for the ARTCC frequencies.

This morning is the first time I have heard Miami CTR simulcast on RCAG Melbourne (348.7) in over a month. Jacksonville Center at one time use to simulcast early on a weekend morning, have not heard them in over a month.
I have been monitoring MILAIR for about 30 years. When I first started Jax and Miami Center simulcast across all their freqs.

Many military aircraft choose VHF for ATC so that they can hear the civilian traffic that they're trying to avoid. Some crews always dial in both VHF and UHF frequencies. They'll only transmit on one but that way they can hear ALL traffic and have a backup radio with ATC.

You would be stupid not to listen to everything you could if you had the option imho and I wouldn't tell people what plane I fly / flew on either but thats just me!
