Yup. They've been encrypted for about 3 weeks now.

They have ran into some problems with some radios (such as IMAP) not having encryption keys, so APD-3 is back to unencrypted for now. I doubt it will stay unencrypted. Pretty much no traffic on there though unless you want to hear IMAP and APD communicate with each other.
