Did you search online? There are a few popping up. The one one ebay Collins Radio Company AT-197/GR Original Antenna | eBay seems the lowest priced.

Please note that the AT-197/GR uses an HN connector. An “N” connector will not work. I purchased an adapter off eBay for mine. Also, my antenna did not have the mount at the bottom, but it fits right into a J-mount I repurposed from a buddy’s Dish Network antenna. The LMR-400 coax feeds through the tube.
