@Starcom21, I see some updates on Cobb County P25, Atlanta, and Fulton. What does the abundance of "##" mean by the talkgroup? Also, MRD usually stands for Mobile Radio District (before interop was cool) as per this thread.

It was just temporary reminder to myself to update something. (Or send a note to the submitter, as the ### talkgroups were not present in the current list I have) It's not permanent, just slowly updating talkgroups per a submission.

Also trying to get the the answer to MRD as noted in the description.

Mobile Radio District is exactly what has been described: old etymology from past days when common frequencies were used by law agencies for interagency hailing, communications, etc. Some system owners have carried over these names when they migrated off analog VHF/UHF and did their initial fleet mapping of their trunked radio systems. For example, the old KIC334 was Marietta Police's old VHF radio system and hasn't been in wide use since 1996. The licenses are maintained as is some minimal infrastructure, and MPD explorers use it from time to time, but you won't find a VHF radio in any Marietta Police car these days- only 800. They had a talk group in their fleetmap on 17D labeled "MPD MRD 800" but it rarely got used if ever.

I wouldn't say forgotten about. We renew licenses for our old VHF pairs that SO and FD used to have with 210 Peachtree St as a control point but the Quantar that is there is offline. Not a priority but it could be reconnected if needed.
Marietta just renewed their licenses too. Better to maintain for future use/backup than give up, and since gov's are exempt from filing fees, keeping licenses valid is just a few minutes of time logged into the ULS.

Well if they're exempt, they might as well it's not costing them a thing then.
