Augusta County correctional facilities

I was in the Staunton/Verona area today and spent some time trying to figure out the radio systems for the various correctional facilities. I unfortunately did not have much luck figuring anything out.

The main goal was the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilative Center PD which has 5 officers. Anyone know where on the radio they are hiding? The facility has two repeaters:

460.2125 192.8 and 460.4375 203.5, the latter sounds like a general operations repeater. 460.2125 was not heard at all.

I also tried to make sense of the Western State Hospital system, which is apparently all DMR now.

453.9000 CC7 TS1 TG21 and TS2 TG22, Channel 1 and 2 respectively of the Children's unit.

I heard nothing on the licensed repeaters for Cold Springs Correctional unit or Augusta Correctional Center.

Any insight anyone has would be appreciated.

I do know the Woodrow officers have (or at least had) access to the Augusta Sheriff's Office frequencies. I doubt that is their primary dispatch channel- I would imagine they would have access to their own as you mentioned, and switch over to Augusta as needed. So... not much help from here- only to say they do turn up on the Sheriff's Office channel.

Correction to my last... 453.9000 is CC12.

Going back through my recordings.. I pieced this together for Western State Hospital:

460.0375 CC6 TS1 TG21 - Unknown, calling a nurse
460.3375 CC9 TS1 TG11 - Unknown
453.3625 CC3 TS1 TG11 - Sounds like Security, very police-like
453.3625 CC3 TS1 TG13 - Sounds like Facilities, talking about a work order for a bariatric bed
453.9000 CC12 TS1 TG21 - Children's Unit Channel 1
453.9000 CC12 TS1 TG22 - Children's Unit Channel 2

I got a short hit on 453.050 with no tone identified which should be VDOC but that's it.
