Just moved into NW Austin for work. Curious what all in terms of VHF / UHF analog stuff is still in use public safety wise, patches to TRS, etc.
Also, is there other active incident web pages other than Austin FD? Ways to keep up with things going on in the area.

Thanks

Next to nothing in Travis County, Williamson County, Hays County, Bastrop County, or Lee County is VHF or conventional when it comes to public safety. There is very little UHF public safety operations in Texas at all.

There are analog frequencies for Austin FD, The Travis County ESDs, Williamson County EMS, and east Williamson County ESDs that broadcast one-way fire dispatch. All responses, tac channels, etc are either MDT or on trunked systems.
