Hello can anyone tell me when most municipalities will be transitioning to AWIN P25 Phase II in Saline County?

I can't speak for Saline County, but this is a good baseline to check out.
From AWIN:
"The AWIN P25 Phase 2 transition is scheduled to be fully implemented by January 31, 2031.
Agencies should plan radio upgrades well in advance of this date. This gives agencies time to prepare radios, programming, procedures, and training."

Essentially, it will be up to each individual agency that uses AWIN to comply with this before the deadline.
Per AWIN: Phase 1-only radios will lose functionality as the system moves fully to Phase 2 operation which is set for January 31, 2031.
