LA JUNTA – Police are searching for three children who were taken out of school by their father on Wednesday and have not been seen since.
Police believe 36-year-old Adolph Andrew Villarreal may be in the Colorado Springs area with the three children. They say he violated a custody agreement by taking the children.
He is Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
Police believe April, Alex and Alan Villarreal are with him.
April is 13 years old, Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches, 150 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue/green shirt and blue jeans.
Alex is 10 years old, Hispanic, 4 feet 8 inches tall, 120 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing an orange winter coat, a white and beige shirt and dark khaki pants.
Alan is 8 years old, Hispanic, 4 feet 7 inches tall, 110 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and an orange long sleeve shirt.
Villarreal was seen driving a white 1989 Oldsmobile with Colorado license plate number 955-MJD.
