I finally heard it today. I do agree...it's not the usual SPEN players. Working a permanent night shift (6pm-6am) I don't recall hearing what I heard today. Night is when the games usually start.
Wondering if it might be an amateur station or repeater or maybe a new public safety station......
I do hope it gets cleared up soon.
