Balt City Stop Broadcasts....

I've been hearing Balt City direct PD units citywide to not broadcast in particular areas of the city at least 2-3 times daily lately.....are there really that many bomb threats....or are there other reasons?? There certainly are not any controlled demolitions going on in the designated areas.

Yeppers, there are that many incidents. Most are suspicious packages rather than bomb threats.

Yes, this is the case. They get numerous calls of suspicious packages, and threats. KGA will advise units not to transmit since if there really a device, it might set it off. Wouldn't want to do that with the bomb squad standing over it now, would you????
