Does anyone happen to know the frequencies with inputs and PLs for the pre-98 BCFD VHF system?

You need to find someone with one of the old "Police Call" books. That would at least get you the frequencies. I've got one around somewhere, but I can't find it. There are some threads around discussing the book. Try direct messaging someone that has said they have the book.

I have those at home, I'll try to post the info later if no one else does.

But is it though? There were still some of the old City UHF Police Channels active 2 years or so ago.
I live in Baltimore. I can 100% assure you they've been offline for at least a year, and that's after recurring periods of being offline for months at a time. Also, those uhf channels haven't been active for 27 years.

Unfortunately that’s not true, there was a 460 frequency still active, I know as I was able to key it up from Rosedale on an HT. Now I haven’t lived in MD for 2 years and that may have changed since then, I will have to look up which frequency it was.

Don‘t ever say it’s no longer in service unless you have verified for yourself, when you work in radio sites, you wouldn’t believe what is abandoned in place and left on!
