02:00 - Coatesville PD responding to a possible shots fired call I/A/O 7th and Diamond. Upon arrival, witnesses reported a B/M entered a residence on the 700 blk Diamond, reportedly armed with a gun. Initial m/a response from Caln, Valley, East Fallowfield and PSP/Embreeville.
03:15 - Second assist call requested, bringing in officers from East and Central District p/ds, including Uwchlan, West Whiteland, Downingtown, and Treydffrin, among others. Also, special call for Coatesville City Bureau of Fire (41/43) fire and ambulance.
As of 07:00, perimeter still established. Residents evacuated from the area, businesses in area closed per p/d.
