BART 800 MHZ EDACS

I am still picking up a data channel on 853.0375 albeit much weaker than usual. The talkgroups still coming thru on EDACS are digital to analog converted audio.
852.2375 is now an additional voice channel for the P25 system.

I am no longer picking up any EDACS data channel and noticed P25 transmissions on the remaining EDACS frequencies.
Most transmissions on the P25 system are Phase 2 except the road channels are Phase 1.

Is the EDACS system completely down now?
