Looks to be USPS freq nationwide. Could it have been them?
I don't think so, they were talking about elevators and stuff. I'll try to listen more sometime and see if I can nail it down.

I have it in my notes [2016] as Prev ID for the USPS sorting [P&DC] facility at
1300 Evans St San Francisco, CA
Elevators are generally the FREIGHT kind to move the mail bins from floor/floor
Also elevators have been referenced, but it was the Conveyor Belt from one level to a higher level within the Sorting Process
