Bayonne Band Plan?

I have a BCD996 and i am trying to program the Bayonne band plan in. It says that the off set code is 8192 but the 996 only goes up to 759??

i dont have bayonne programmed in but i found a old post on here check out the 5th one down from W2SJW it says The 996 does not need the base & offset data heres the link.
