I just heard this talkgroup for the first time and I'm wondering what it is? It's for Boulder county on the DTRS, talkgroup 9593.

I have never heard an on-air reference to this TG. BC has been a regular on my listening when I worked in the county and these days as well.

Pure speculation on my part. There has been an increase in the use of drones for fire spotting in the mountain areas since the fire seasons have been unfortunately on the increase in recent years. This is one possibility for this TG if this is in fact the actual name for the TG. Drones are also obviously used for L.E. as well.

I welcome the original database submitter of the TG to jump in on this thread. The database shows this as a multi-tac TG.

I've been getting a lot of traffic on this talkgroup as of late. Both on I think the Bald north tower and the Mestaa’ehehe tower.

It's currently patched to BC FIRE-1 dispatch 154.325 Which is also repeated on 151.0775, 151.355, 154.220, 155.535 and occasionally on 151.220.

DTRS primary is TG 9104.

Did you find that out with DSD or DSD-FME? I think SDRTrunk will show patches as well.
