I really wish the software had a few extra features and I'm wondering if anyone has figured out any workarounds for sorting freqs? I'm looking for edit/select all/ sort by/ freq/ assending (A very cool feature found in WIN500). As I find new freqs I add them to the banks but they fall in place at the bottom of the bank list. If not a sort option maybe a ( edit/select/move up) option?

Or is there any other programs that support the scanner out there?

Hey Guys! Just as a side note...(and please remember I'm new to all this) How important is it, that your frequencies are in numerical order, on a low end scanner like my BC125AT? Very?
I get a lot of "hard copy" lists of frequencies...and I'm wondering if I really need to purchase an OCR software to scan them in and then sort them with Excel or Word for insertion to my ARC125 software?

Thank you for your time and patience!

Sorting from hi to low or visa versa does improve the scan rate on any scanner, but not super critical unless you have 100's of frequencies. Not sure what you have in hard copy, but this site has most of the frequencies of interest available for download in to the software, As pointed out above, you can sort them with ARC or other means, but more importantly, you only need to add those on your hard copy that are not in our databaese, if any.

I am not sure if Scan125 provides a means to sort or import csv files, but ARC does. I always sort because it does improve scan rate a little even with 200 - 300 or so

Thank you so much, Clint! The hard copy I referred to (and what one of our RR members ((sfatony)) so graciously sent me last night!) is the National Hot Rod Assoc. (NHRA) official's and driver's frequencies for the 2016 races. The two sheets are "handed out" at the races, if requested. I will have all of this info in two banks of 50 frequencies each, so I'm well below 100 total on my BC125AT. So, you think I'll be good to go?
Thanks again and best regards!

Noticed that I answered the question about Scan125 being able to sort (it can sort Banks, Channel, Tag Names, Frequencies, Modulation, CTCS/DCS, Delay, Lockout and Priority) but missed the CSV file support.

Scan125 supports CSV files indirectly via the Scan125Convert Utility. Any CSV file can be converted to Scan125's native file format which can then be loaded into Scan125.
