I finally discovered why my BC23A is not working. I used to have this hooked up via cigarette lighter cord; however, it stopped working. Later, I found this very small fuse link. I am going to have to get an electron microscope to read the size of fuse this takes. Since I don't have one of these at my disposal, does anyone know what size of fuse this speaker takes so that I can purchase a normal size fuse to install inline.

The owners manual says it is a 2A fuse. The speaker should take less than 1.5A to operate. If you tested the fuse and found it open, there may be other defects in the amplifier that cause high current drain.

No, I clearly know that I popped the fuse when I was removing it from my other car. Thank you so very much. I will run over to Walmart to find an inline fuse holder, larger than the micro fuse on this speaker. I wonder if the 2A is still being made in the larger size glass fuse? I will go find out. Thank you.
