What is all that stuff to the left of the monitor? It looks like Darth Vader's chest X-ray.

That is my custom built computer. My father built it. I did the cosmetics. I put a plastic cover over the side and installed some led lights from Auto Zone. Best Buy had the led light fan. I really made it see-through for my kids but I love it!
